I am also down but did not sold what ever shares left from the r/s.
I do not know if you took the write off as a lost for last year.
IMHO, I am thinking out side the box as to why they (HYII) management are updating with press news releases on a regular basis.

1) they know what is in these properties and value.
2) they do not have the funds to do the mining.
3) they can not borrow funds and the only way is by the R/S
4) they know that doing these R/S many times over they are indeed
hurting HYII shares value but, they will do what ever to complete
the deal. IMHO

I'm down 1120$ too with an avg now of 0,0019 imagine!! but don't sell any single share here, this must go up some of these days and not a mere 100% they need to anounce another PR some bla bla and there's still value here, 0,0012 to 0,0015 is not a crazy target
