I would say that's a strong possibility and it seems like someone knows something. The actual appraisal can't be done until the final Project Design Document is posted on the two exchanges, but that would be a relatively short time after the posting. After that it would be notifying the selling brokers. There can always be delays, but once the appraisers view the property, events could move quickly.
