Interesting. If that's the case, I hope the SEC locks them up and throws away the key but, that said WGAS is a gigantic scam in it's own right, imo.

Maybe the SEC could look into the internal workings here as well to put the Bear-raid theory away once and for all. No revenue, no assets, questionable press releases, multiple reverses, exorbitant exec compensation and money from almost every toxic funder in penny land. Seems like there might be something there to look at as well.
