It takes volume to bring in new buyers. Without volume it revs in neutral or heads down. Needs 50m an hour or 400m in a day to move and that is a min. Check past volume history. Blame share structure. Not bashing just pointing out facts. If volume returns, usually thru news then the stock will move in right direction.
