I agree Amv89 that missing the deadline is curious. What has changed since Mr. Blom made the deadline? Maybe something new came into the mix and thus the delay? If it was just lawyers making it late, I think Mr. Blom would have said so. Just my opinion. Go GNCP!

I think you can still file f/s on OTC without the Attorney's letter. Just picture yourself as the attorney on this one.........they give you hundreds and hundreds of pages to review......not easy.
