Yes INVA- a SEC filer

Yes- they were fully reported with the last filing due around end of December. We find out for sure today that Radly resigned as CEO - however his LinkedIn says he remains the largest INVA shareholder.

This was the confirmation we needed to see that Radly must have orchestrated a merger as no NEW CEO was named in his place or interim management! This is a Huge hint here folks.

He obviously couldn't make a statement from INVa as he's technically no longer the CEO there. The Nevada State Registry confirms this.

INVA- should come out of this no longer as burdened in debt and with a new structure that we will find out more about shortly. INVA was Radly's largest and most substantial undertaking. he remains a large and loud shareholder. This evidence of resignation is the first proof that INVA didn't just stop filing. Major structuring has been under way!

All the best
M
