One board member lives in Marrietta Ga a suburb of Atlanta, near where the medical Lab testing franchise scam is located. I believe that a fellow board member brought him onto the board back about a year ago. He owns no shares in CDEX nor is he a creditor of CDEX nor does he own any warrents.
I am inclined to believe that the plan to use the CDEX shell to bring that scam public, along with the dry hole scam business, has been abandoned also, along with any ideas of marketing any so-called "product"..
Maybe in two weeks or so, we will have more information. Or not.
The annual report will be due.
Lacking a filing, if none is done, will result in CDEX being relegated to the pinks. Or chap 7, or something.
The only remaining creditors can force a Chap 7. Guess who THAT is??
