These are both 2 major negatives that can easily be found through research, and NEITHER show recent for HIMR.

Show me a RECENT filing for Share Structure change ? Show me listed "Paid Promo" as All are obligated to make this public as well.

I know where to look, and see NOTHING for HIMR....

Don't understand what the problem is. Call TA get OS if OS goes up the following day then by the amount the OS grew is what the # of shares that were added very simple no need for the going back and forth.
