First we all must know EWSI is just getting things started. Company started in mid 2011 and when things went downhill right away, they implemented a new business plan the start of 2013. Since this new business plan, they ramped up the revenues from $0 to conservative estimate of $14M in 2013.

Annualized run rate using Q4 numbers and add to it 2trg 2014 will at minimum see $29M.(This is very conservative and double last years numbers) They highly incentivize people to help grow the business which is what you will see in their professional fees. If EWSI was happy with where they were at, they can cut these fees out and last Q would have been cash flow positive and near net income already. But EWSI is not done growing in this $150 Billion emerging industry gaining global and government attention. There is a bill in congress right now that will make sure companies with certifications will receive all of e-waste made in the USA instead of it being shipped over seas. USA is the global leader in e-waste. When this bill passes we are talking about a quick boom in the e waste economy here at home.

$EWSI - Newly acquired 2trg, with locations in Ohio and New York. This deal was made less than 1 month ago and is the start of USA recycling operations. 2trg is easily verifiable with many youtube videos, articles with them receiving awards. They hold certs in R2 and e-stewards which is top two certs in the e-waste field. 2trg has a partnership with Goodwill Industries to process electronics taken in from Goodwill's e-waste take-back program.

This year also will be the first year EWSI sees revenues from its technologies. ePlant1000's are state of the art e-waste recycling facilities using new technologies in the field. Cerebra Integrated Technologies, a publicly traded company listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE). Cerebra, based in Bangalore, India (NSE & BSE: 532413) is India’s leading total IT Solutions provider, has come to EWSI to set up one of this facilities this Summer. Also, we just found out there was a deal just struck to have one built on the West coast of Italy, to process e-waste from Europe, Middle East, and Africa. EWSI is in all of these places. They are working with companies to clean up e-waste dumps around the world and will take all this feedstock to their plants around the globe.

They also hold two industry softwares - eWasteCC & eWasteTrack. They are partnered with Village Green Global. eWasteCC launched last August at the Microsoft store in CA. Very good possibility we see first revenues from these technologies this year also.

EWSI holds leasehold operations in China, and things look to be progressing there quickly. Everything from e-waste, to plastic recyclers, to the hotel industry(where eWasteCC software is targeting)

------------

EWSI has big time deals and partnerships all across the globe.

1800Ewaste of Australia

"We are Australia’s leading electronic waste (ewaste) collection and recycling service."

"With the launch of this effort, we will begin to establish our eWaste brand into the southern hemisphere supported by a highly professional team in Australia," stated Martin Nielson, CEO of EWSI. "The Australian market is undergoing major legislative changes and the timing of this deal is ideal. Together with 1800eWaste, we will be at the forefront of the changes leading the standard while simultaneously extending our eWaste brand in support of the highest eWaste standards," added Mr. Nielson.

Reciclarg of Argentina

Mr. Nallim, who co-founded Reciclarg, stated, "Signing this agreement with EWSI represents a great opportunity for Reciclarg in different ways, enabling us to move forward in the technological, production, efficiency and effectiveness in the production chain of our company. I am pleased to be working together with EWSI, as South America is an emerging market in the problem of e-waste, and having a company like EWSI as an ally, will allow us to evolve faster and will be more beneficial to Reciclarg."

Cerebra IT of India

Cerebra is setting up one of India’s largest e-Waste facility and wants to be one of the leading players in this business which has huge potential not only in terms of generating huge revenues and profits for the company and its shareholders but also wants to contribute in a big way to the Green environment issues that have taken off worldwide. Cerebra recognize that it would be a big social responsibility to truly setup a world class e-Waste facility.

Announcing the signing of the MOU with EWSI, Mr. V. Ranganathan, Managing Director of Crerebra said, “We are delighted to inform our constituents of this major step in our plan to set up India's largest E-Waste Recycling facility at our Bangalore site. With this partnership with EWSI we hope for an early completion of our joint facility and we are sure we are on our way to becoming the FIRST Global Indian MNC in the WEEE management. By teaming with EWSI, Cerebra is now positioned to become a major player in the E-Waste Recycling marketplace.”

--------------------

As you can see, EWSI just getting things started. A company still in development but seeing big time revenues. Easy to see why many are calling for a $100M+ year this year, and with those types of revenues we will see cash flow positive and net income this year...at which point if the PPS STILL has no responded, I imagine a big share buyback. Uplisting is all over this company, and with the goods to back it up, it will happen. They have met most criteria for a uplist to NASDAQ already, just need to PPS to play catch up.
