While I wont say you are lying, I can say it has now been 14 hours since you posted that Zoyes was convicted of fraud, and there is no peep of anything new. You can go back many years and find some, but nothing new.
As for the question who he is, he was the former CEO of HSCO, but stepped aside for William White in October after the acquisition of NDMI, and all the OLI* stuff has started since then. From what I know of his past as reported on the net is that it has been, well, colorful. Will let you do your own research from here.
