Those are short volume numbers which
reflect unsettled trades... a temporary condition. Short interest is the number you're looking for and it can be found here:

http://www.otcbb.com/asp/OTCE_Short_Interest.asp

Scroll down and type SAGD into the box. You will see that, according to FINRA, there is zero short interest in SAGD.
