I doubt the court does anything more . The main part is over removing him from a company that the lawsuit has nothing to do with is not in the cards in my opinion. If anything worse case is he is removed from Solaris not Positron.

I'm a novice at this, but if the judge permitted some finalization "Without (Rooney's) admitting or denying the Commission's allegations," it appears to me unlikely that a bar will take place.
