The massive increase in AS is no surprise to me. It fit's with my observations of the company and its CEO as I have consistently warned on this forum including earlier today when investors and traders seemed to be buying the stock thinking the O/S was being reduced. I warned that the dilution would not be ceasing.
IMO CEO Peter Villiotis is a con artist and PVEC is a scam. Review my posting history on this forum for details.
I believe PVEC is a deserving and likely candidate for an SEC suspension as well as further civil or even criminal action against the CEO.
Peter Villiotis' history is definitely not pretty and his scams are not limited to the United States.
I've been doing my best to warn about the company since mid August despite being vilified by one of the company's official representatives.
