Tell me again how CV2011 is the date that the previous lawsuit was awarded, yet the lawsuit that Michael Owen posted on LA times also has CV2011 on it yet this recent lawsuit of his is dated December 13th 2013?
"BTW....CV 2011 is a reference when the JUDGMENT against Ani was won."
So the courts, in this new lawsuit of Michael Owen vs Marani Spirits Inc. has the same docketed number as the previous lawsuit he was not a part of?
If this civil action is a private matter, why did he go ahead and post the document? Wouldn't that contradict it being a private matter? Just curious.
