Thank you for your comments dreamonjon

This blog makes good sense. They just added nearly 200 brand new followers on their Wordpress Blog site, and I imagine they are introducing, in a more comprehensive and expansive way, what Metatron is about to these "new" sign-ups.

So, I liked it....it addresses a new audience and is rather timely and appropriate to tell them exactly what Metatron /i-Mobilize is (i.e. introduce themselves).

As for your other commentary, well stated, and spot on in my opinion.
On note, I believe they said 'early 2014 for funding', so splitting hairs here, but it may not be this quarter or it may be sometime before June 1, which may still qualify as early 2014.

Have a great evening,

Storm

As to the thought on the moratorium, if management gives themselves the quarterly 10 million shares, then the O/S will have almost reached the A/S currently available. It only makes sense that they would have to increase the authorized shares to give themselves shares in April which has been the history over the past two years. If management doesn't give themselves shares either this week or next then the increase in the authorized shares would be conjecture.

As for appflix, the company first announced that it would try to release it in time for christmans 2011. It has been over two years. Some will say that the cbs/showtime law suit slowed it down. They could have released it under a different name if they actually had it complete. Management set the expectations to investors in their blogs and they are to blame for investors dissatisfaction with their performance.

In the past management has blasted investors that offered ideas that were pushed by investors and management didn't agree. Until management puts investors first instead of themselves, they will have to put up with the wrath of some investors. Management alone is responsible, not investors. Management works for investors.

Time will tell soon enough. If Joey and Denis give themselves shares in the next week or so, you will have the answer to many of my points. That being, management only cares for themselves and they will have to authorize more shares.
