At this point Mgmt might need joe blow more than we know or they want to admit. It might take a shareholder vote to deny the approval of the A/S. Then I am sure the JV would still sit down at the negotiating table and work out something amicable for all involved.
When you look at the numbers this is actually bigger than a GIFT announcement. They announce the GIFT participants and announce they are not going to dilute and this thing goes astronomical.
The JV investors might be a little disappointed but really they were negotiating at a time when the pps was 0.03 and not 0.30 and higher. Still a lot of money to be made for all. Just need to get it in perspective.
Regardless, I see nothing but blue sky for PHOT.
I am also thinking it is coming much sooner than we think. I was disappointed they didn’t release anything on GIFT yet but after thinking it through much bigger things could be going on in the background than any of us thought. JMHO.
Very, very interesting and profitable times to be in PHOT.
