A few of us here know better, look back to when this all blew up when hundreds of millions of shares were short supplied when they only had 20 million or so out.

For those easily parted with their shares by fear-monsters:

In the 10Q of April 19th 2011

State the number of shares outstanding of each of the issuer’s classes of common equity as of the latest practicable date

19,977,750 shares of common stock, par value $.10 per share, as of March 31, 2011.

Trading in April and May that year when the stock ran to 11 cents and was then shorted out of existence.
