Seriously? Does the average real estate investor have attorneys/builders/cpas/ect versed in the cannabis industry?

Does the avg RE investor have the ability to choose the right tenants to assure production which will allow that tenant to pay rent on-time?

Ton of risk for the average RE investor to enter the cannabis industry...

And that's not even scratching the Cannabis Campus idea....

The property is worth more. They already have a lease signed for $1.2 million in property rental revenue from this piece of property every year for the next 5 years that is $9.6 million dollars.

With this influx of capital from investors and potentially ANGEL INVESTORS what do you think if they can do this many times over.

With relatively ZERO DEBT and INCOME which will grow with more properties they will be able to LEVERAGE themselves furthermore and create more INCOME OPPORTUNITIES
