Not sure. I thought Grey Markets was more of a market before the company has an IPO. I think at this point it just goes to shell company status and either waits for news or gets sold to a company that doesn't want to go thru the process of issuing shares for their company...I may be wrong of course...ask my wife she would tell you i am wrong plenty.

I think another instance in which a company enters the gray sheets is if the SEC suspends it.
