I think it's good news. It means the company is alive - as far as I'm comcerned hearing anything is a good thing. They had to pick a new auditing firm due to a conflict of interest (I'm not sure what that could be, but it can only be good that they disclosed the issue). The third paragraph just looks like a legal safe haven to me i.e. Strat has not been previouly affiliated with Sherb & Co. - but legal english usually sounds like chinese to me, so who knows....

The only probably that I see is that chaning accounting firms will delay the filing of the financials -- new people will have to wade through all the paperwork
