The above is just the obvious. Peter keeps traveling to Europe for some reason. The Seller of the IQ confirms the buyer in the US is still interested. That would be a shocker to send PVEC up leaps and bounds in seconds
I agree however the PR was issued maybe "forthcoming" days too early. We are all scouring the net and our resources trying to find what value this merger brings to the PVEC table. Any way we look at it, it should just be considered only 1 step
-you know an audit had to be performed before any merger would take place. as part of that audit, the o/s is necessary. do we get a surprise pr with the removal of at least 750,000,000 PVEC from the float? you never know ;-)
