Name one besides IPF, which has a different bus architecture. AFAIK, all previous Intel CPUs based on the P4 bus have had integer multipliers with respect to the bus base frequency.

Pentium 4 1.3GHz - 2.0GHz: 400MT/s FSB, 100MHz base clock, 100MHz btw speed bins.

Pentium 4 2.26GHz - 3.06GHz: 533MT/s FSB, 133MHz base clock, 133MHz btw speed bins.

Pentium 4 2.4GHz - 3.8GHz: 800MT/s FSB, 200MHz base clock, 200MHz btw speed bins

Pentium M 1.3GHz - 2.1GHz: 400MT/s FSB, 100MHz base clock, 100MHz btw speed bins

Pentium M 1.73GHz - 2.26GHz: 533MT/s FSB, 133MHz base clock, 133MHz btw speed bins

Seems to be enough examples, IMO.
