If you actually read the AGM you'd see that the hot tap in processor # 2 was added but it only worked occasionally. After a few months of operation they couldn't find a resolution to the issue.
Everyone here must remember this is new technology and there are bound to be unaccounted for issues arising (You don't know what you don't know.) Thus the creation of # 3 - The Flagship - modular, with continuous through-put, continuous real-time clean out and continuous 30+ days of operation.
