If you remember the last share holder letter he states not going to release news unless its noteworthy,my guess is funds are tight so things have slowed way down far as moving forward with new platforms not much he wants to tell until favorable ruling ,or some huge news you stated even lonza has slowed down , probably wont hear anything till court stuff is over and there is monie to move forward
