FWIW, I don't understand those tiny trades either, but again there weren't enough of them to affect the VWAP, which is a better indicator than the closing price.

Those trades could be from someone with a convertible debenture who converts in tranches at a discount to the share price. A lower price gives them more shares. That's why such dilution is called "toxic."
