Probably. I think that last RS ran the pps to 90 cents. Prior to that I think that CHTL peaked at $1.84 mostly due to the efforts of Tobin Smith and his crew. Tubby touted CHTL as the Play of the Century and predicted $8 (yes - 8 dollars). Since fired by FOX News, he has lost his soap box and credibility. It is absolutely no surprise to me that anything that he posts about VELA has to be cleared by VELA legal first.
