From investor's standpoint of view, we don't like any dilution for whatever reasons. From corp's standpoint of view, they need money to make money to enhence shareholder's value (meaning get pps up). At the end of this saga, products will tell the story.

If the company has a good product and can sell it into the marketplace to bring profit in, then it is a win-win for both.

If the company just prints shares to line up their own pockets and no product to sell, then shareholders will lose money (meaning bag-holer).

Now, does Insmed has a good product? Yes.

Can Insmed sell the product? Time will tell.

Marketing, marketing, and more marketing.

I'm new at this, but I would say this was the cheapest way to finance the near future of the company...

what cheaper option do they have?
