Must have nerves of steel to sell and buy back in not knowing when or even if you can at favorable pricing. Yes it certainly is a warm and fuzz y feeling there 'just'. Nice to see those that have chosen to trade XXII buying back in at possible higher prices thus raising the bar higher. To flip or not to flip. It is all good!
