If there is no good news they really can't PR anything....and with sentiment the way it is a fluff bomb PR will tank the share price hard (after the very short lived pop while some pretend it is the 'great' news). I'm sure at some point they may put out a vague letter of intent type of PR about a machine sale that leaves more questions than answers. If they do sell into any short pop like clockwork of course. Lower lows....lower highs....reality. 7's today?
When things are good, companies get chatty. When things are bad, they clam up. The lack of news and the sagging share price are saying #3 is under performing.
