Tinroad: Can you provide verifiable proof that any of e.Digital's music players can be upgraded to download and play music from Apple's new music site?

I sincerely doubt that you can.

All the press release you site said was that MicroCAM (a TM that EDIG has let expire) "is capable of supporting" codecs such as AAC, etc. IMO you have read much more into the PR than was ever said.

Please provide any evidence you have that e.Digital's players can or will be upgraded so they can download from Apple's music site.
