This is what happens when the management of a penny stock (DECN) issues a fluffy one-sided PR.

There would be no speculation about the debt service if DECN included one more sentence in the PR.

Instead, shareholders have to wait almost three months (10-K filing) to find out where and how the bones are buried.

I blame the management of DECN. Plus, I've already proven that they have problems issuing financials that add properly.

Such is life when "investing" in penny stocks.
