The best that could possibly happen to Peter is they defer judgment for a full trial....will cost Peter at least thirty thousand dollars to represent himself in Texas, with depositions, flights, personal appearances, retainer for Texas licensed attorney, etc.
The only thing being discussed on the 17th is if a Summary Judgment will be allowed. There was no sufficient PVEC response in previous hearings. The judge has the option of not allowing PVEC any further rights since they missed numerous deadlines for response and proper summons was delivered.
We can thank Sporty and RaynBrooklyn for the opportunity they presented in setting up the meeting with Peter and announcing such for the warrant service to be delivered. The Process Servers had attempted such service at least four months. LOL.
If Summary Judgment is not granted, than full trial, major discovery, witnesses (probably not supportive of PVEC),.... Peter is in a world of shit...and possibly even jail time IMO.
Either way, Peter and Company are in major hurts.....
