That's what they get for hiring a shipyard man who lives in another city, with a full time job running another company.


Only an OTC scam would try to get by with a phoney CEO.

Besides, Bordynuik is still the de facto CEO, and still running the company into the ground.

It's just more fraud meant to deceive investors and the SEC into thinking that Bordynuik is complying with the SEC FRAUD SETTLEMENT.
