I was simply addressing the debate of what potentially is DECN's cost of money.

A high risk interest rate wouldn't surprise me,but let's not kid ourselves that 25% money is "a good deal".

I acknowledged It's probably commensurate with the risk that any lender would initially take on with DECN.

And it's far better than any kind of toxic financing options I'm sure they've looked at.

But I agree with you,we don't know the details at this point.
