In your opinion, what does "its a pink" or "do you think the mm has a clue..." actually means. When the Division of Enforcement at the Commission files a Section 12K action against the delinquent registrant and suspends the stock, the Commission sends a "certified letter" to the last known address of the registrant to cure the delinquency. When the registrant does not respond, nor cannot cure the delinquency, the Division of Enforcement files a request to revoke the registration of the registrants securities with the Administrative Law Judge invoking Section 12(j).
The Commission is getting much more aggressive with revoking delinquent filers the last few years.
Again, what does "pink" or "mm" has to do with not complying with the law?
If you do not pay your registration on your car, you get pulled over. It can get impounded. Hey, maybe the cop wont impound your car because it is painted "pink".
If you do not file, you get revoked. Pretty clear. MMs and Pink has nothing to do with anything.
