The next 3 weeks will dictate my actions. I am sure most other Longs would agree that Management needs to show me what the plan is before I commit to an A/S increase. I am sure they will outline that for us this week and next in the upcoming press releases. I also think the pps needs to be at a respectable price like .40 plus as well. PHOT is the real deal.
