Please read the filing again. The filing is for a vote to increase A/S not O/S. The vote has not happened as of yet.
Also, look into many of your other companies you are invested in. Check their O/S vs their A/S. I bet you there is a huge difference. Just because Growlife is increasing their A/S doesn't mean they will exercise their power to release. The increase is for the Canx deal.. It's necessary..
