OK here come my "if's".
"if" we see a NOBO that indeed shows a open naked or legit short position of 100 to 200 million and "if" we indeed are "partnering-merging" with another company, then no "if's" about it, we could see a spike to over a dollar to cover those huge short positions in a few days if not a few hours of that type of news being released,,, That is why I say, everyone needs to set a GTC sell at or over $1 ASAP!

FACT-BECAUSE SHORT POSITIONS ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE IN A MERGER WHERE SHARES ARE SWAPPED OR EXCHANGED, SHORTS HAVE TO CLOSE OUT THEIR POSITIONS!
