LOL, again, they are listed as an exhibitor which wouldn't happen if they had withdrawn from the show.
Whoever told you that they didn't have a booth may have just looked at the show map which is apparently out of date. It would also be kinda strange for someone to claim the reason for that was because they couldn't come up with the money. It just sounds like BS to me.
I don't doubt that that is what you were told. I doubt the credibility of the person who told you that.
