It's old debt that they are paying off . They should have just gone bankrupt in 2012 instead . It would have been much easier the stock has a low if .0096 with a float of 34 million. Now PPS is .0068 with a billion shares .

Ok I meant a float of 34 million with a low of .0096 . When CERP got new financing the PPS jumped to .068 .
But with a billion shares now it's impossible to reach that high again. If it does it will mean a contract of at least 10 million . A 2-3million contract will only take it back to .02 max. IMO
