flumoxed2012, recent tirades? You do realize that Intel still invites Charlie D. to all key events, right? ;-)
At any rate, my job is to provide useful analysis to investors, not to work as an Intel shill. If you're expecting that I write nothing but roses and sunshine then by all means, feel free to put me on ignore.
My neighbor who I have known since 2003 works for intel. I have met several of his intel friends over the years. Never heard any of them talk crap like I am hearing from Mr. gloom.
I am not sure whether you are an ex-Intel employee. I know there are a bunch of them on this board including me. Intel is a very conservative company by any standard. It does not believe in promoting itself. No one in Intel is allowed to share very crucial and critical information that will help its competitors in any way. Especially engineers are not privy to to the total project definition. In fact that is true of every technical company. Only very high senior program managers have meaningful information but not still 100%. As such I doubt it very much that someone at Intel will share such information. We can ask the rest of ex-Intel employees, if they are willing to share their experience.
