But concur with you....Turner resigned after discussing with Peter and his SEC attorney all kinds of issues related to public company.

The posting you highlight is made after Turner resigned. I do not believe Turner knows what happened after his resignation. He honored Mr Reppas letter to not contact Peter, his company, or other personnel. Thus he has no responsibilites for Peter's actions or non actions after July 30.
