For someone who has been as completely wrong about GALT as you to say I am being irresponsible is absolutely ridiculous.

Here is what you posted recently about the stock:

My target to buy more GALT is upon a fall to 6.30-6.90 area. closer to 6.30
might take 2-4 weeks , probably mid January or so. I'm not comfortable buying above 7.

Are folks watching the technical price action ?

Resistance. pullback to target zone. overbought/oversold indicators. Fibonacci levels. volume. etc.
Wave structures. up and down.
Finding targets to buy and sell.
long term investors, waiting for pullback price to buy bargains.....where are your bargain targets.

I'm waiting for something under 7. closer to 6.50-6.00 area.

So anyone who listened to your advice missed this entire move.

I have held GALT for 5 years and have taken enough off over the years to make my current GALT position (all in GALTW, as I have stated more than once) not only free but about $50K in profits sitting in other investments. That's because I have done my due diligence and tempered it with common sense that you can't have most of your investments in one stock, particularly one that is speculative (I still have too much in GALT but have no intention of selling a single share).

For anyone to believe that they can time a move on a stock where similar company's rose 400% overnight (and then another 50% in 2 days) makes no sense. You try to get an extra 20% and possibly miss out on 500%, not very astute.

I don't care how GALT reaches it's eventual price level, I just know if they continue to execute and get the expected results (and they would not have raised $23M this week if there was any question of that happening) it will be north of $50 this year. I'm not selling any shares, I'm not buying any additional shares (I have enough), I'm just waiting for things to happen.

As for all of your questions, it just shows you haven't done any due diligence on the company and just want to be a TA guru making bad calls about a company for which you have no information. Go read the MLV analyst report, it has the most detailed analysis about the company you would need, and then come back and try to make an intelligent comment about GALT, it will be a first for you.

About 50%+/- of companies who get approval under fast track get approved in the first review. It is possible for GALT to get approval in 2014.
First cohort results is coming in Feb/Mar. ( GALT started 1st cohort with doses typically for 3rd cohort )
Anything more than Safety and we will be having a very good day.
