First Elite wasn't good enough to buy hold and accumulate in the .06 cent range for the first nine months of 2013, then Elite didn't have enough money to begin even a 505b2 trial, now Nasrat Hakim doesn't have enough or possibly any regulatory affairs experience. What next Nasrat lent the company $1 Million dollars with money he stole from the safe at Actavis before he retired???
