Supposedly nearly $300,000 has been converted.

I have calculated high end 17 million shares have been diluted into the market since late November mainly in december.

10 million shares converted at .02 is $200,000: ... another week or so of this kind of volume and 'she gone'!

Same thing happened to A Train two years ago...from dollars to .01. They converted all the way up to their 100 mil AS....dumped like 50 mil shares in several weeks...when they were done: boooooooom pps correction to a .34 cent spike two months later.

...and we have so much more going on here with all the current films out, and the ones in preproduction....the Stephen King film just finished to be released which King said is "terrific" .. the $30 million valuation of 45 year old film company Atlas which they bought last year..... the $1 mil Grant from State of Georgia...the Governor Nathan Deal PR-ing about Medient's mega-movie and gaming studio saying it will initial be worth $90 in revs for State and supply 250 jobs......we have the State of Georgia backing MDNT's mega-studio with a $300 million dollar Bond, lol....we have the citizens of that State loving 'East Coast Hollywood' concept and are behind us, and we should get many of these residents buying MDNT stock as time goes on...we have two known billionaires visiting the site one of which is investing and helping to raise the money.....we have 'Yellow' coning out in Spring that won Film of the Year recently at Catalina....we have who knows how many Hollywood and entertainment and Whale money jus' watching and waiting to buy when they see fit...we have some of best iHub names visiting this Board....and our market cap is less then a million dollars right now which is less then just the free $1 mil government Grant they got already to build.

So I am buying the diluted bottom...without this dilution all us here would never be able to buy .02 shares...let alone .20 cent shares.....so this is how you play these penny stocks gems that you find every once in a while......

FLP* similar for me last year...a lot of convertibles and dilution, yet the end news was big enough to send that 3,000% plus even with the D.....
