Those AH trades are not executed after hours...there is no trading in OTC stocks after the closing bell. Some transactions which execute during the market hours are reported after hours, which requires them to be reported to the exchange they trade on using FINRA form T, which is why you'll hear the term "T trade"
Stocks on the NASDAQ, and NYSE do sometimes trade after hours. These trades are also reported using form T.
In a nutshell, the trade you are referring to occured during market hours at a point where the reported PPS was equal to the PPS you read on the "AH" trade. It has no bearing on actual share price.
