JBIN.. there is ALOT of resistance in this sector right now... and it is all across the board, not just PHOT... you should be well aware that there are people...(many with ALOT of money) that aren't really in favor for legal weed in the first place... my bet is they would be betting against it. Alot of people believe that all these stocks are running on nothing but hype too. That's why we got socked in the gut yesterday and kicked in the shin today.
Also, if a PR was released right now, with so much resistance against us, it wouldn't have near the positive impact it would if say we were settled and consolidated and ready to fly... A PR in a calm slow stage would send this flying... a PR in a hard downward trend would just push harder against resistance upward, with not as much positive movement as it could have.
