Without any news this may be a little bumpy until earnings come out. With such few shares available any selling action causes the stock to gyrate just like when there is a buying spree.

Argyll, that is an interesting question about a 13D filer selling. There was one person who showed up as holding more that 5% in the last 10k that didn't file anything stating that they went over 5% (Zane I believe was the name). If that person didn't file to say they owned 5%, who knows if they sold and didn't file. I believe in either case you need to file promptly, so if that person isn't on the next 10k as holding those shares, it's something the SEC needs to look into.

The bulk (~60%) is controlled by the CEO. He DID file a 13D and form 4. I wouldn't expect any of his shares were sold, or we would know about that. I wouldn't worry about any of those hitting the market - he'll need a broader exit plan.

There is another that held the exact same number the one in the first paragraph, who maybe considered a consultant/insider. I would assume given that, they too would file as required by law.

You can rest assured that the other 13D filer hasn't sold any.

So if it is a 5% holder, my guess is that it is only one that is in the market, and I doubt that there much left to sell counting all the stock that has changed hands. There could always be other large holders that held blocks that were under 5% that are, or have been, taking profits.

In the long run, having more small round lot shareholders is a positive if they want to uplist, and will add to liquidity. It also gets rid of the doubt later that those shares will hit the market and depress the price like it is doing now. As I've said before, let the selling get overwith and the ride up will be greased. If they take this company to the next few levels, institutional investors will need to build a position, so having those shares in the market could actually be a positive.

This selling may suck - but if you review everything I've posted, you'll know that my opinion is that they are very short sighted in doing so. There is more opportunity and room to profit here than when the stock was at $1.50 when I started buying it, IMO.

Don't let it shake you out of your position if you feel strongly about this. If you are unsure, call the company as I have. Lastly, don't feed the bears!
