There is by far to much info to explain on this page.
Suffice it to say, If you follow the recent PR's and 8K's you will see the pattern emerge.
First they completely got rid of ASHER, prepaid.
Second they went to outside conventional sources to get funding.
Third they moved all due dates for said funding back.
8K dtd 12/27, moved to April 1.

Fourth, this is the Reserve Allocation for said funding. This was dtd 12/11.
