No one can deploy on HEVC at this time because they still haven't solidified the licensing issues, however expect to see HEVC in the first half of 2014 on the Nuvola product line along with many other devices as it rolls out.

NanoTech has licensed an HEVC code library that runs on Cortex processors and can decode 1080p on the Tegra 4 now. That code is being updated to run in GPU and will be released to deliver 4K HEVC at 2160p on the NP-1. nVidia may at some point offer HEVC for the Tegra 4, but there is no timeframe for it.
